The CU Solution
When employees enter the building, they have the opportunity to log in with their personal QR-code. QR-code readers can be located at the entrance or at the parking space.
Next, an SMS is sent with names and locations of its 4 most important work ‘buddies’, to allow the employee to determine a suitable workplace for the day.
Web portal
After logging in with a notebook on the web portal, employees can see and change their list with buddies. Buddies can be direct colleagues, project team members or sport mates and can be defined by employees from a complete list of available employees.
See wether co-workers are in the building and locate them, for quick meetings or social talk.
Smart phones & iPads
A custom app for IOs, Android and Blackberry is available for mobile use of the web portal.
Private zones & Privacy
Not all locations within a building are trackable and private zones can be defined, like toilets. Employees in private zones will be located as being in a private zone without further information.
CU shows real-time information about logged in colleagues. This information is not stored, ensuring privacy for your employees.
